Bridging the gap
How intense is this program getting now for me. Instead of just coming in on a monthly basis to help me with the end of the month expenses or an occasionally workshop; I am now faced working weekly on all my personal assets and setting new smaller goals for my self. Easier to pertain, easier to work on. Small steps to go forward.
Some of the goals I set for myself seems very small for most people but are sometimes huge for myself because I’m facing my own fears of building on my confidence to keep going. And if this works it is hopefully a big step forward.
Instead of just going to workshop, I volunteered to do my own workshop, facing my own fears, but also sharing my knowledge and expertise. Accepting that I know more then I will give myself credit for most of the time.
It is for me not always a matter to be accepted or get compliments from people around me, having that feeling of belonging. But it is more a matter for myself to accept me for what I am, for what I have gone through and that all my experiences made me a stronger and better person, instead of putting me down of being not good enough because of all the “baggage” I carry with me.
One step at a time and one goal at a time and working on making my asset circle more round, more complete, making my life better, reaching for my ultimate sustainability, believing in my dreams, but most of all believing in myself.
I hope that there are other marvelous women out there that want to reach for the same stars. Let us work together to make a better life for ourselves. Because we DO deserve this.
